So this will probably sound like a paid review or that I'm just a "fan boy" but this is legit the only brand I have worn since 2022. Wife got me my first shirt in 2019 and I have spent over 50k with them since. I flew to Cali to check out the store about 2 years ago med Eddie and Josiah, they were great and ironically had reached out to me for a more streamlined purchasing experience. That was very cool to me as I had spent loads of money with other brands before and never got this kind of opportunity. Since this day I only shop via in store concierge and they do take care of you with A1 service. Quality of the shirts have changed but it was expected to streamline growth. Sizing is only an issue if you don't read the product details and if you still aren't sure the guys at the store will help suggest for you. If you buy with them you will not have to worry about any issues, THEY WILL BE SOLVED. I get it some of you have moments of frustration based on an experience here and there. I have made more orders than I can remember and only had an issue with 1 or 2 but they were solved within a week or 2. So guys anyone checking the reviews and using the more pessimistic responses to base a purchasing decision, trust me when I say this brand shouldn't be overlooked they are very much a premium brand at a more than affordable cost. Take a chance spend some money and then get taken care of each order after!

I’m a huge fan of Represent and have been buying your clothes online for a long time. Last year I visited the Los Angeles store for the first time, and I have to say the staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and helpful. I had such a great experience that I came back again this year. Once again, everyone was so kind and made me feel really comfortable. Shopping at your store is always a pleasure, and it’s one of my favorite places to visit whenever I’m in Los Angeles. Sending my best wishes from Munich, Germany. I usually don't enjoy shopping in stores, but Eddie completely changed that experience for me. From the moment I walked in, he was incredibly friendly, approachable, and genuinely helpful without ever being overbearing or trying to pressure me into buying anything. He was quick to grab different sizes, answer questions, and offer honest feedback on fit and style, which I really appreciated. It felt like he genuinely wanted to help rather than just make a sale. One thing that really stood out was the attention to detail. Before I checked out, Eddie made sure every item I purchased came directly from the back in brand-new packaging rather than giving me the display pieces. It's a small touch, but it says a lot about the level of service he provides. I've actually gone back to the store several times since, and I've intentionally tried to shop when Eddie is working because he's just so easy to work with. He creates a relaxed, no-pressure environment that makes the whole experience enjoyable. Excellent customer service all around. Represent is lucky to have him, and I'll definitely continue shopping there because of the experience he provides.
